Jim Papp, Chairman and CEO
CEO, has 20+ years experience as an engineering and business development executive and 15 years as an entrepreneur, Angel investor and member of the Band of Angels. Current member of Silicom Ventures and former member of Keiretsu Forum, Silicon Valley branch. He's also been a lecturer at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, College of Engineering, UC Berkeley. Previously he was President, CEO and Founder of Western Sierra Company, responsible for all business aspects of this privately-held commercial food manufacturer. Previously he was Vice President of a 500 person engineering organization at Kaiser Electronics, an airborne display company as well as Vice President of Business Development. Before that he held technical management positions at Litton Industries, Teledyne Wireless, and Watkins Johnson Company. He holds a BA and Ph.D. in Physics from UC Berkeley and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Nate Pagel, President and Founder

A new media artist and serial entrepreneur, Pagel has managed award-winning digital media, web and interactive marketing projects for Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, Microsoft, AMD, Schlumberger, Motorola as well as the legendary frogdesign -- designers of the original Mac. He was creative director at MongoMusic, acquired by Microsoft, and created interactive video and was one of the first employees at Human Code, acquired by Sapient. His experience includes software development, design, branding and advertising. In addition his artwork and video productions have been screened in 23 countries.
Pagel has been involved in video production, scripting and storyboarding, casting, directing, editing, post-production, mastering and encoding for numerous media outlets, online and offline. In 1994, he assisted in the creation of that year's SXSW Interactive Festival in Austin, Texas. He was producer and director of more than thirty award-winning web and interactive projects. First creating video clips for the Internet in 1996, Pagel's talent has been acknowledged by more than 60 industry awards, including Best of Show at the 2003 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and several of New Media Magazine's Invision Awards.
A sought-after speaker, Pagel participates in a multitude of industry trade shows and events.
Earning a post-graduate degree in Fine Arts, Pagel graduated with distinction from the University of Sydney, Australia. He also has degrees in Management and Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
Robert Boyle, CTO and Co-founder
Robert Boyle has been a software developer for over 10 years and is a Java and Open Source expert. Prior to Podaddies, Robert was Senior Software Developer with Hands-on Mobile (previously MFORMA), creating mobile video and SMS client server applications and deploying J2ME applications across hundreds of phone makes and models and most major U.S. and overseas carriers for millions of users. Previous to that, Robert wrote code for data mining millions of records to predict stock market fluctuations for Starmine Systems, acquired by Reuters. With Quokka Sports, Boyle developed tools to stream real time video and telemetry data and applications that would allow more than 10,000 clients per server to stream live data and video.
Podaddies raised an Angel round of financing in 2007 from the Band of Angels, the Angels' Forum, select members of the Sand Hill Angels and former senior executives of Google, frogdesign and Microsoft.
